Mid - Week fun does exist.....!  Come and experience it with us.  The Mardi Gras is an entertaining family event with a variety of stalls and entertainment  you can find just about anything to jazz up your holiday.  Help us keep Margate "the place to be".  Mardi Gras proceeds go towards the upgrading of our town ensuring it stays an awesome tourist destination.

During holiday season, the beach at Margate in KwaZulu Natal becomes utterly transformed as thousands of visitors and locals flock to enjoy the sun and surf. During the Mardi Gras there are flea markets, holiday festivities, music concerts, exhibitions and beach competitions.

At night, Margate comes alive as the Margate Mardi Gras festivities take a turn towards dining, dancing and drinking. Relax with a drink or two and then dance the night away. Shop till you drop......  Bring along friends and family to join the fun................... You have to experience it for yourself.  Look forward to seeing you there!
