Just under 10 days ago, 18 June 2008, Margate Beach was devastated as a result of flooding, but thanks to the proactive efforts of our Municipalities and Margate Business Association, Margate beach was restored to pristine condition and made ready to receive holidaymakers in time for the Winter Season.
